2 degrees. 15 kph 5x5's Not too bad. Knee still not 100% yet so stopped a bit early.

Another bad run. This time my runners knee has returned. Went to space for sports massage. Had my hip "reset". Pain appears to have completely gone from my knee already!

4 miles uphill.
